MBNtech has released MBN-Mesh v2, the second generation of its sub-GHz wireless control protocol. The update targets the single hardest problem in industrial wireless control: deterministic delivery in congested, noisy RF environments where consumer-grade mesh degrades.

By operating in an ultra-narrow sub-GHz band and isolating the control channel from ambient spectrum noise, MBN-Mesh v2 maintains predictable latency even as node counts scale into the thousands. The protocol remains cloud-optional, so deployments retain full local control without external dependencies.

For manufacturers building on the MBNtech platform, v2 is backward-compatible at the integration layer — existing reference designs adopt it without hardware changes, shortening the path from qualification to production.
